An active weather pattern continues across much of the nation; however, the Florida Peninsula continues to enjoy and overall warm and rain-free conditions. Temperatures will continue to reach 80+ degrees for afternoon highs across central Florida in coming days to go along with plenty of sunshine and it looks like this same pattern will continue into at least the middle of next week.

7:00 AM | *Another nice week around here with daily highs near 80 degrees*

High pressure over northeastern US will push a weak front into Florida as we begin the new work week and this system will stall and dissipate over the next couple of days. The stalled out frontal system – though on the weak side – will do no more than result in an isolated shower or two over the next few days. Temperatures will generally be on the warm side with highs likely to fall within a couple degrees of 80 on a daily basis (normal high now at Melbourne is 76 degrees).

High pressure over the western Atlantic continues to dominate the weather scene across Florida with plenty of warm conditions and daily sunshine. Highs today and for the next couple of days will be in the mid-to-upper 70’s and then 80+ degrees will be prevalent for the weekend and early part of next week.

All in all, it looks like a very nice week across central Florida with plenty of warm conditions and plenty of sunshine. Highs today as we start off the new work week will be in the mid 70’s along with mainly sunny skies and the breeze will be quite noticeable. Much of these same type of weather conditions should persist around here for the remainder of the week.
