Discussion

Cool and unsettled weather will continue over southern California for the next several days as a series of storms reach the west coast from the eastern Pacific Ocean. One such disturbance will give us a chance for rain later today and tonight and then yet another system threatens us later this weekend with more significant rain. Farther north, some absolutely tremendous rainfalls amounts on the order of 12-15 inches are possible over the next five days in northern California and significant heavy rainfall will occur throughout the Pacific Northwest.
