Discussion
As high pressure weakens to our east, monsoonal flow that has been bottled up to our west in recent days will pick up once again; especially, by later tonight and on Tuesday and Wednesday. Upper level winds are quite slow so any storm that does develop will likely be a slow-mover which could produce heavy rainfall over any given location. Temperatures will continue to run above normal with highs well up in the 90's over the next couple of days.
