Discussion
An upper level ridge will be over the state today and this will generate a west-to-northwest flow of air. The result will be another warm and dry day in the southern Rockies. The winds will shift to more of a southwesterly direction over the next couple of days as an upper level trough approaches and that will increase moisture levels somewhat, but still no precipitation. Early next week some colder air is likely to return to the region and there can be some snow around Tuesday as that change takes place.
