Discussion
An extensive and strong upper level ridge will build westward into the interior western states over the next couple of days and the result will be a significant warm up across southern California; especially, at inland locations. Temperatures will easily climb through the 70’s later this week and weekend along coastal regions and much higher at inland locations where near record highs are possible in some areas.
