Discussion
Strong ridging in the upper atmosphere will lead to drier and warmer conditions across the southern Rockies for the next few days. High temperatures will approach the 90 degree mark this afternoon and for the next few days. Temperatures will tend to trend slightly downward early next week as an upper level trough of low pressure approaches the region and this will increase our chances for showers and thunderstorms.
