Discussion
A major Santa Ana wind event is setting up for the end of the week. High pressure will build across the interior Pacific Northwest and this will produce strong offshore winds in the LA Basin at the end of the week. In the time period of Thursday night through Saturday night temperatures will trend well above normal and that will combine with gusty winds and low humidity to increase fire danger throughout the region.
