Temperatures will remain below normal for the next few days and the combination of a cold front and a strong, cold upper level low will keep the region quite unsettled. Showers are possible today and tonight and, as the cold upper low moves in tomorrow, the chances for thunderstorms will increase. There will be slow improvement this weekend, but temperatures will generally hold on the cool side.
