Our tranquil weather pattern of recent days will struggle to continue much longer as a wave of upper-level energy reaches the eastern states on Friday. As a result, the chance for showers and thunderstorms in central Florida will increase around here later tomorrow and another wave of upper-level energy could bring us scattered showers and storms early next week as well.
