High pressure centered to our northeast will maintain a southeasterly flow of air in our region as we close out the work week. The best chance for showers and thunderstorms will likely occur over the interior sections today with the inland moving sea breezes and the coastal areas should remain on the dry side. Rain chances will slowly increase this weekend and with the approach of a frontal boundary and reach "likely" territory by early next week.
