Discussion

An easterly wave will move across the central Florida region today with scattered shower and thunderstorm activity the likely result. Moist easterly flow of air will persist on Friday and the chance will continue for scattered showers and thunderstorms. High pressure ridging in the upper atmosphere will drift overhead this weekend and we’ll turn even warmer with high temperatures at or slightly above the 90 degree mark each day.
