Discussion

A weak frontal system is closing in on the region today and this will raise our chances for showers and thunderstorms and temperatures will soar to the 80’s ahead of the front. Behind the cold front, the weekend will feature dry, pleasant conditions as high pressure takes control. As high pressure builds to our north early next week, an onshore flow of air will develop and highs will be shaved a few degrees from the weekend and winds may gust past 30 mph at times on Monday and Tuesday.
