Discussion
High pressure ridging over the Florida Peninsula will weaken somewhat over the next couple of days as a closed low moves towards the Mississippi and Ohio Valleys. The result will be an increase in moisture in the atmosphere and a greater chance for showers and thunderstorms across central Florida. Today will be on the hot side around here with highs in the 90’s, but 90 degree highs are more likely for the rest of the week and weekend.
