Discussion

A strong cold front will approach the region today and there will be the threat of showers and thunderstorms in much of Florida. Temperatures will climb into the 70’s ahead of the front, but struggle on Friday to reach the lower 60’s as much cooler air takes over. In fact, the next couple of nights could feature low temperatures in the upper 40’s across much of central Florida and the cooler-than-normal weather will continue into the weekend.
