Discussion

Low pressure develops offshore and this will help to tighten the pressure gradient across Florida resulting in stronger winds for the next few days. As a result, beach and marine conditions will deteriorate and remain quite hazardous on Thursday with persistent strong winds between the low pressure offshore and high pressure ridging near the east coast. High pressure will edge into the area during the late week and the winds will tend to diminish and the weekend could turn out quite nice.
