Discussion

The main story weather-wise for the rest of the week will be the dominate ridging centered over the western Atlantic which will promote a southeasterly flow of air across Florida. The low-level southeasterly flow of air will allow the sea breeze to form by mid-day and likely push well inland resulting in the best chance for shower/storm activity during the PM hours in the western half of the state. High temperatures over the next few days should generally be confined to the upper 80’s across central Florida.
