Discussion

An unsettled weather pattern continues across Florida with plenty of tropical moisture around continuing the threat for scattered-to-numerous showers and thunderstorms. The moisture is advancing northward into the region from tropical areas to the south as high pressure over the western Atlantic Ocean promotes a southerly flow all along the eastern seaboard. High temperatures for much of the week will end up in the mid and upper 80’s across central Florida and the shower/storm threat will continue this weekend as well.
