Discussion

Strong high pressure ridging in the upper part of the atmosphere will build into the eastern states over the next couple of days and at the same time surface high pressure will develop in the Mid-Atlantic. As a result, conditions around central Florida will remain breezy and warm with a persistent onshore flow of air. Temperatures will peak out around the 80 degree mark across central Florida for afternoon highs today and Tuesday and then likely climb into the lower 80’s during the middle and latter parts of the week.
