Discussion

The main weather story for the late week and weekend will be the expansion of high pressure over the western Atlantic Ocean. This system will bring persistent onshore flow to the region to go along with partly-to-mostly sunny skies. Winds will increase in intensity on Friday with gusts past 20 mph likely and the brisk conditions will continue right into the early part of next week.
