Discussion

High pressure ridging over Florida will remain in place until the late week before it finally shifts into the Gulf of Mexico. This system will combine with dry air aloft to limit any chance of rain around here for much of the week. Over the weekend, an upper-level trough will sag into Florida and become stationary – increasing the chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms.
