Very humid through Friday, but then weekend drying trend
Paul Dorian
An extremely humid air mass will spark more scattered heavy showers and thunderstorms through tomorrow, but then a drying trend begins this weekend and the overall weather pattern looks pretty nice for early next week. Scattered showers have already formed to our west this morning and a shower or thunderstorm can occur at just about any time through tomorrow and any one of these can contain heavy rain. A cool front slides through late tomorrow and this will usher in drier air for the weekend although another shower cannot be ruled out for Saturday. Rain-free weather is expected for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Today- a mix of clouds and sun, very humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms, any of these can contain heavy rain, mid 80’s
Tonight- continued very muggy with scattered showers and thunderstorms which can contain heavy rain, mid 60’s
Fri- one more very humid day with some sun and scattered showers and thunderstorms which can contain heavy rain, low 80’s
Sat- partly sunny, chance for another shower or thunderstorm, not quite as humid, low 80’s
Sun- partly sunny, seasonal, low 80’s
Mon- partly sunny, warm, low-to-mid 80’s
Tues- partly sunny, low 80’s
