Heat and humidity return
Paul Dorian
Humidity levels have risen and so will our chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms beginning later today and lasting through Friday. A couple of weak fronts will affect the weather in the Mid-Atlantic over the next couple of days and will help to enhance the shower and thunderstorm threat although they will likely be of the “hit or miss” variety. By later in the weekend, a weak front now to our west will likely pass through the region reducing our threat for rain, but temperatures will stay quite warm. Today- mostly sunny, very warm, more humid, chance for a shower or thunderstorm, near 90
Tonight- partly cloudy, muggy, chance for a shower or thunderstorm, lows near 75
Thurs- partly sunny, hot and humid with a shower or thunderstorm threat, low 90’s
Fri- mainly cloudy, still warm and humid with a shower or thunderstorm threat, mid 80’s
Sat- partly sunny, slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm, warm, mid 80’s
Sun- mainly sunny, warm, upper 80’s
Mon- mainly sunny, very warm, near 90
