Discussion
The first taste of fall has moved into the region thanks to the passage of a strong cold frontal system during the day on Thursday. Large Canadian high pressure will now take control of our weather for the next several days. Temperatures will generally be in the 60’s during the next few days and lows at night could fall once again into the 40’s in many locations. As the high pressure system slowly moves to a position just off the east coast early next week our temperatures will gradually rise to more seasonal values. The current normal high temperature for this time of year is 76 degrees and the normal low is 62 degrees so we’ll be quite a bit below for the next few days.
