Discussion
A mid-week rain event is in store for the New York metro region as low pressure rides up the Mid-Atlantic coast from the south. Rain is likely later today into early tomorrow and we won’t get genuine clearing until the weekend as a second low pressure system will affect us on Friday with more showers and perhaps a strong thunderstorm. The weekend promises to be dry and cool with a stiff wind on Saturday. Both days will likely have high temperatures confined to the upper 60’s as cool high pressure builds back into the East.
