Milder air will move into the region today, but that will help to generate occasional rain as temperatures climb through the 40’s. The rain will continue into the first part of tonight, but then some late night clearing will pave the way for a dry, breezy and mild day on Tuesday. It’ll turn somewhat colder on Wednesday despite quite a bit of sunshine. More rain is likely by Thursday PM then there are some signs for a coastal storm during the weekend so we'll have to monitor this possibility as the week progresses.
