Discussion

High pressure will move off the coast today and clouds will tend to increase later in the afternoon after our bright morning sunshine. Fast-moving low pressure will then move from west-to-east across the region tonight and Saturday, and rain will move back into the area around midnight. Saturday promises to be a nasty day with morning rain and it'll remain damp in the afternoon as clouds will be stubborn to leave the region. Another front will then cause increasing clouds on Sunday with more showers likely by Sunday night and yet another, and even stronger cold front, will approach the region by the middle of the week. Looking past that, it will likely turn quite a bit colder behind the mid-week frontal passage - just in time for Opening Day on Thursday when the Phillies open up in Pittsburgh, PA.
