Discussion
Our taste of summer has come and gone, however, today will still be well above normal as temperatures should climb to the mid 70’s despite a weak cold frontal passage. Wednesday will see high temperatures take another step down with highs probably holding in the low-to-mid 60’s and there can be a shower or two by day's end. Another front will cross through the area by the weekend and it appears as if a significant storm will then develop in the Southeast US by the latter part of the weekend. In fact, this storm could produce the first significant rain that we’ve had around here in several weeks by the late weekend.
