Discussion
Weak high pressure now controls our weather and generally hot and humid conditions will prevail for the next few days as temperatures climb to the 90’s in most Mid-Atlantic locations. There is the threat for scattered showers and thunderstorms today and tomorrow, but an even better threat may come later Sunday into Monday as a strong cool front approaches from the west. Once that front clears the east coast, nicer weather is likely to return for Tuesday and Wednesday.
