Discussion
The last few days have been characterized by weak low pressures just off the Carolina coast and strong high pressure over the Great Plains and Midwest. That high pressure zone will gradually build into the Northeast over the next few days and this will bring us a nice stretch of weather as we close out the week and head into the weekend. While a shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out for today, some sunshine will occur and boost temperatures into the 80’s, but nothing out of the ordinary for this time of year.
