Discussion

The Phillies and the weather keep on rolling along with winning streaks. Not sure how much longer the Phillies will go, but it looks like the dry weather pattern will probably break down early next week as we should turn wetter again by late Monday or Tuesday. For now, however, high pressure continues to dominate in the eastern US and it’ll stay generally dry through the weekend although a shower cannot be ruled out on Friday night or Saturday. Temperatures will start off at quite chilly levels again this morning, but will approach 80 degrees later this afternoon, and could creep up another couple of degrees for afternoon highs on Thursday and Friday. Longer term, there will very likely be more below-normal temperatures for much of the country during the second half of the month.
