Discussion
A weak cool front has stalled in the Mid-Atlantic and this will pave the way for an unsettled period of weather right through the upcoming weekend. There can be an occasional afternoon shower and thunderstorm today, and then a batch of rain is destined to arrive for tonight and early Friday. Enough drying may occur on Saturday to allow for a little sunshine and only a slight chance for a shower or two, but Sunday will likely turn out mostly cloudy with a couple more showers as an upper level low moves overhead.
