Discussion
A weak cool front has stalled in the Mid-Atlantic and this will pave the way for an unsettled period of weather right through the upcoming weekend. One band of showers and storms came through much of the region overnight into this morning and another batch is destined to arrive for tonight and early Friday. Enough drying may occur on Saturday to allow for a little sunshine and only a slight chance for a shower or two, but Sunday will likely turn out mostly cloudy with a couple more showers as an upper level low moves overhead.
