Discussion
High pressure has expanded into the region this morning, but it will lose control rather quickly later on today as an area of moisture off of the Mid-Atlantic coast brings more rain to the region by tonight. Clouds will thicken up quickly this afternoon and periods of rain are likely from the end of the day right through tomorrow morning. It'll turn briefly warmer on Wednesday before another cold front passes through the region and this will reinforce our general cool temperature pattern for Thursday and Friday.
