Discussion

Strong high pressure is now situated off of the east coast and a low pressure area has moved over the Great Lakes region. This low pressure system will drag a cold front through the region late today and there will be occasional rain associated with the frontal passage during the afternoon and evening hours. High pressure will build back into the region for the mid-week time frame bringing us a few days of decent weather, but then a large storm will head towards the Great Lakes by late Thursday and this storm could bring us another shot at rain to close out the week.
