Discussion
Strong upper level ridging will continue to move from the southwestern US to the central Plains during the next couple of days and this will allow for a deep upper level trough of low pressure to build into the western states by the end of the week. Friday is likely to be the last “warm” day of the week as temperatures will respond this weekend by dropping to below normal levels.
