Discussion
The major mid-week storm winds down today with blustery conditions and rain showers will likely change to snow showers before ending perhaps producing a quick coating during the morning and mid-day hours. High pressure will build into the region tonight and tomorrow following yesterday’s storm which is now working its way up the New England coast. This active weather pattern will produce yet another storm this weekend that will take a track along or just east of the coast. Given that storm track, it is more likely that any precipitation that falls here on Saturday would be in the form of snow as it will be part of an overall colder atmospheric scenario and accumulations are likely.
