Discussion
Yesterday’s low pressure system has shifted off the Mid-Atlantic coast and very chilly air has moved in behind the storm. Temperatures will hold in the 30’s today and there will be a stiff wind, but this cold air mass will modify quickly this weekend with high temperatures moving back up into the 40’s on both days. A strong cold front whips through the region late this weekend and that will usher in the coldest air of the season so far with very cold conditions throughout the Mid-Atlantic during the early and middle parts of next week.
