Discussion
Today is very likely to be one of the warmest days in months as highs should reach the low-to-mid 70’s across northeast Colorado. While it does turn cooler on Saturday with temperatures generally confined to the 40's, it'll bounce back on Sunday with highs approaching the 60 degree mark once again. Showers will be possible from late tonight through tomorrow night as a cool front moves across the region at the same time a fast-moving jet streak of 90 knots moves overhead. Winds will kick up around here on Sunday with gusts to 40 mph as another trough drops into the region from the Pacific Northwest.
