Discussion
The overall weather pattern looks be to on the cold side for much of the second half of March and it will also be quite active with numerous fast-moving systems. One such system will drop southeastward from the Upper Midwest into the Mid-Atlantic region by tomorrow bringing with it the threat for a little snow and/or rain, but most of the precipitation from this wave of low pressure will stay just south of here. It’ll stay chilly on Sunday behind this first system and then another wave will affect us on Monday with snow and/or rain initially followed by plain rain from Monday PM into Tuesday. A strong cold front will then sweep through the region late Tuesday with more rain showers and it’ll usher in more cold air for the middle and latter parts of next week.
