A cold front crossed the region last night and the next couple of days will be slightly below normal temperature-wise, but there will be plenty of sunshine. High pressure builds into the region for the weekend and temperatures will rebound slightly to more pleasant levels on both weekend days. Moisture to our southwest will move into the Mid-Atlantic region early next week generating some clouds in the area, but it looks like most of the shower activity will stay to our southwest.
