Discussion
A cool front passed through the region on Thursday and high temperatures will stay below normal for the next couple of days as a cooler air mass has moved into the region. The front has stalled near the coast; however, and this will allow for the possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms over the next couple of days. The Bermuda high pressure system sitting off-shore will re-establish itself early next week by extending to the west and this will generate a warming trend and produce increasing amounts of sunshine.
