Discussion
Conditions will remain unsettled through tomorrow as a frontal system hangs around the Mid-Atlantic region, but high pressure will build into the Northeast later this week and then settle to our south this weekend. Temperatures should climb to the mid and upper 80's later today, and it should remain rather warm for the rest of the week. The highest temperatures relative to normal over the next few days will be across the Plains and Midwest in a reversal of a pattern that brought them cool weather for much of the prior part of August.
