Discussion

A cool front will produce showers this morning and then its passage will usher in another cool air mass to the Mid-Atlantic region for the next few days. Temperatures today will stay on the cool side near 70 degrees, and then drop to the mid-to-upper 40’s late tonight in many suburbs as this next cool air mass becomes well established in the region. Highs on Tuesday will be confined to the unseasonably cool upper 60's despite plenty of sunshine. Some moderation in temperatures is expected by Thursday afternoon, and humidity levels will remain quite comfortable.
