Paul Dorian

6-Day Forecast

Today

Considerable cloudiness with an isolated early morning shower, still on the cool side, highs not far from 60 degrees

Tonight

Mostly cloudy, not as chilly as recent nights, some patchy fog possible late, upper 40’s

Thursday

Considerable cloudiness, quite breezy and noticeably warmer, maybe a shower or two during the afternoon hours, but mainly rain-free, upper 60’s

Thursday Night

Mostly cloudy, mild, showers likely; especially, after midnight, upper 50’s

Friday

Showers likely during the morning; otherwise, remaining mostly cloudy, breezy and still mild, upper 60’s

Saturday

Partly sunny, slightly cooler, chance for a shower, low-to-mid 60’s

Sunday

Mostly sunny, breezy, colder, low-to-mid 50’s

Monday

Mostly sunny, still cold, low-to-mid 50’s

Discussion

Today will be another day on the cool side, but then a warm front will lift through our region from the south on Thursday and temperatures on Halloween Day will respond by climbing well up into the 60’s along with a stiff breeze out of the southwest. While a shower or two can fall tomorrow afternoon and early evening, more numerous showers from the next cool frontal system should hold off until late tomorrow night and early Friday. It’ll turn slightly cooler on Saturday behind that next cool front, but then a secondary cool front will usher in even colder air for Sunday and Monday. That chilly air mass for Sunday and Monday will lift out of here rather quickly by the middle of next week.
