Discussion
High pressure will drift off the New England coast today and lose its influence on our area. A cold front will then approach the region from the west and it should generate some shower activity around here later tonight and especially on Thursday morning. High pressure will build back into the region by Friday and once again a colder-than-normal air mass will move in as we close out the week. The chill will continue through the weekend and into early next week and dry conditions will also prevail.
