Discussion
A strong cold front is working its way off the east coast this morning and our recent mild spell will quickly come to an end. The cold front caused strong thunderstorm activity yesterday and even numerous tornadoes from the Mississippi River to the Appalachian Mountains as it barreled towards the east coast and it is being followed by another much colder-than-normal air mass for this time of year. It stays quite chilly at mid-week and then temperatures modify some at the end of the week before more cold air moves in this weekend.
