Discussion

A brutal Arctic air mass has plunged into the region and temperatures today will hold steady or slowly drop through the single digits. Snow will continue into the evening hours with total accumulations by later tonight on the order of 4-8 inches. Brutal cold will hang around for the next few days and the low point might be late tomorrow night/early Friday when low temperatures could approach 10 below zero.
