Discussion
Arctic high pressure remains in control of the region and temperatures will respond by staying way below normal for this time of year. A frontal system will approach the Mid-Atlantic region on Wednesday and there will be some PM rain showers. Once the front clears the region, milder air will return for the last couple days of the work week. The milder weather will continue into the weekend, but colder air will push back into the Mid-Atlantic by early next week.
