Discussion

In a pattern somewhat similar to last week, comfortable weekend weather in the Mid-Atlantic region will be followed by more humid and somewhat unsettled weather as we progress through the work week. It won’t turn out quite as wet as last week, however, and this Tuesday and Wednesday will feature some of the warmest weather we’ve experienced so far this season with high temperatures approaching the 90 degree mark. High pressure will move offshore today and this will allow our weather to be influenced by multiple frontal systems over the next few days and this pattern will lead to a low-to-moderate threat for showers and thunderstorms.
