Discussion
Much of this week will be unsettled as multiple disturbances push along a frontal boundary zone that will hang around the Mid-Atlantic region. As a result, numerous rounds of showers and thunderstorms are likely during the week with heavy rain and localized flooding a good bet in many locations. Showers and thunderstorms are likely at just about any time later today, tonight and Tuesday and, while there may be a bit of a break for awhile on Wednesday, more showers and thunderstorms are likely to return for Wednesday night and Thursday.
